These Terms govern your use of AIWiki.vn and any AIWiki service that connects to TikTok, including tools that let an authorized user publish media to their own TikTok account.
You may use AIWiki only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the rules of any connected third-party platform.
When you choose to connect TikTok, you are redirected to TikTok to authorize the requested permissions. AIWiki does not ask for or store your TikTok password. Publishing actions are performed only for an account that has granted the required authorization.
You remain responsible for the text, audio, images, video, metadata and other material you choose to publish. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to use and publish that material and must comply with applicable law and TikTok policies.
AIWiki may help prepare or submit content, but publication can fail or be restricted because of authorization status, platform limits, moderation, technical errors, account settings or changes made by TikTok.
TikTok and other external services are governed by their own terms and policies. AIWiki does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, moderation decisions or policy changes.
You must not attempt to bypass authorization, access another person's account, abuse platform APIs, distribute malicious content, or use AIWiki in a way that harms the service or other users.
We may restrict or discontinue access to an integration when required for security, legal compliance, platform compliance or protection of the service. You may disconnect TikTok authorization through TikTok or stop using the integration at any time.
AIWiki is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular publishing outcome and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party platform behavior.
We may update these Terms as the service or platform requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
